As President for the years 2016-17 it is my pleasure to present the cultural program that will be carried out during the year2016.
The cultural activity planned includes the organization of a National Congress, on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the founding of the Academy and of an Updating Course at which “AIC will invite SIDO”, the Scientific Society that collects as members all those who devote themselves to Orthodontics.
The National Congress will be held, as usual, in May in Riva del Garda at the PalaCongressi , whose exhibition and reception areas will still be expanded. The event also includes a Pre-conference Course and Company Workshops that will be held on the Thursday before the event.
On Saturday afternoon, again, in the context of the same event, it has been scheduled a free theoretical and practical Course, particularly recommended for the youngest participants, by the title ” Programming Digital Smile with iPad”. Due to the success of last year, a day dedicated to Dental Hygienists will be held on Saturday.
The Updating Course “AIC invites SIDO” is instead expected in November and will concern the subject of interrelations between Restorative Dentistry & Orthodontics; there are so many aspects that unite the two disciplines and that are rarely addressed organically during cultural events. For this main reason we believe that such a course may help to resolve many common issues in the best way.
I am confident that this cultural program will provide to subscribers an important training and updating opportunity in Restorative Dentistry, with emphasis dedicated to the simplification of procedures and the digital transformation of our profession, aspects that we’re all living with great interest, keeping in mind the excellence of the result, assumption that AIC has included in its DNA, since the beginning,.
Convinced that the full program of our activities will stir your keen interest, we expect many participants to Riva del Garda on May 2016.
See you soon|
